We had 4 trees removed. Joe and his crew were both friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend The Tree Guys and will use them for any future projects.

Knowledgeable and professional. Removed the trees as requested and you almost didn't know the crew was even there the way they cleaned the area.

Was to put a tarp on my roof. The tarp was as big as a piece of paper and caused water damage to my kitchen. THEY LIED LIED LIED. I accidentally paid them $455 too much because the bank’s check machine wasn’t working. Both little boys would not give me $455 and accused me of keeping the money! A BOLD FACE LIE! They cannot be trusted! They are LIARS and did not return the overpayment to me. I used them cause I thought the were trustworthy THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!

They cut down two very large maple trees that were within three feet of our house. Thew had the correct equipment including a crane. All went extremely well.

Lead guy on his crew complained about the job and the guy who bid the job the entire time. Had to ask him to stop complaining because he was passing his stress off on to me. Made me feel like they under bid the job even though I had 3 other bids for similar price. It was a big job. At the completed it in one day.

We are incredibly grateful for The Tree Guys. They are super professional. They removed 2 enormous trees from our yard including stump grinding and cleared all debris. The work they do is beyond expectations and I highly recommend them.

They came in at a fair price and quickly got the job done. Cut down a big old tree and ground the stump; no sign of it whatsoever. Left the site clean, can’t even tell there was ever a tree! Highly recommend - will use them for all my trimming needs in future.

We had three trees removed. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them. They also had the best rate of all the tree services that I had quotes from.

Chris came out to my house 2 different times and he wrote a quote for removal of my pine trees and we both accepted it we had a signed contract and all of a sudden on the day that he was going to start the work he came by the house with his trucks stayed for about 20 minutes and said he had another job he had to do left and never came back and will not return phone calls very very unprofessional and customer service is the worst. .. I guess the tree guys contract means nothing. If you are going to hire the tree guys in armada Michigan be aware that they might not do the job. I cannot quote on the quality of their work because they did not do anything.

We were very happy with the quick response and communication of The Tree Guys. We had a very old tree that started to crack and was threatening to fall on our neighbor's house. The tree guys got someone out here to give a quote the same day then prioritized our project for the very next day. Got the job done well and cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend!

The Tree Guys removed a big, dead maple which had rotted to the point that it was dangerous. Their bid was less than half of what others quoted me, and they did a great job from start to finish.

We are beyond pleased with the work Chris and his crew did. He kept me informed throughout the day of their progress and he sent pictures throughout the day as well. I would recommend this company for any individual or business who may be in need of tree removal. From beginning to end, Chris and his crew were professional, personable and absolutely wonderful. This company will remain in our contacts for any future tree removal jobs we may have no matter how big or small these jobs may be. The Tree Guys call me promptly and we quickly scheduled a date. They arrived on time and quickly removed the tree. They worked with us regarding the plants and landscaping causing minimal damage. They removed all of the debris and cleaned up the debris well. I will call them again if I need another tree removed.

I cant speak for the quality of work. Im sure its top notch. But the day after Memorial Day I met Chris at my residence to discuss removing a brush pile. He was cordial and professional. He quoted me a great price so I gave him the go ahead. We had no set date and I told him I wasnt in a big hurry either. I under stood it was a wet spring and all the tree guys are busy playing catch up. Fast forward 5 weeks and I still hadnt heard from him. So I shot him a call and he said hed be out one day soon. Another week goes by and still nothing. I call him again. This time it was equipment issues, which it happens I understand. He promised hed be out that Saturday, which he was but with a truck too small for the job and he would be back once his bigger truck was fixed, which he also said should be that day. Ive tried calling Chris several times only to have my calls ignored and unreturned. So I ended up hiring a different contractor. I am really disappointed, Chris seemed like a pretty straight forward guy, just to get blown off like this was kind of off putting.
