The technician that was sent out was very knowledgeable and did his job to the best of his ability. My issue is with the billing, as they lock you into paying a year for their services. Needed a follow up appointment and this is the only option to use their services. I was glad that I read the contract and cancelled within 3 days because I would have been charged a cancellation fee.

Will never ever use this service again! Had a time slot from 10-2 . It’s 3:00 and the technician said she won’t be here for more than an hour! Also she keeps trying to get me to reschedule which I cannot do! Technician also VERY RUDE TO ME! I have a right to be pissed here!

I was very impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness of Steven and Greenix! I learned a ton and feel very confident they are addressing all my issues.

On 2 visits to home I was told I did not have an active mole problem. They charged me $499 immediately after the 2nd visit and should have dedu cted something for not doing the job!
