"I really couldn't be happier with AAA Bees One. I had just put a lot of money into repainting my house and refinishing my decks when I noticed the dreaded signs of carpenter bee damage. They really did a number on different areas of the house and deck. I called Dee at AAA Bees One. He was out that day and showed me the problem and assured me they had the tools and skills to eradicate the pests. It took one treatment and a smaller follow-up to do the job. Equally important, there was an issue with a bit of normal chemical residue that interacted with a few areas of the deck that had not completely dried. "We have worked with Chris before and he was great! We had a squirrel in our fireplace and when I called, he said he’d come to our house the same day within 2 hours. He did. He also called with updates on when he would be arriving. He removed the squirrel humanely and replaced the cap on our chimney which was too big leaving space for animals to squeeze through. When he was on the roof, he took pictures to show how the new cap was put on. Later, when we discovered that we didn’t have one but two squirrels in chimney and one was still there, Chris came back when we called, free of charge, and removed that one too. "BAD POINTS: I felt the pressure to make a decision right away was a little over the top. We were talking about removing a few items. Not having to make an emergency decision to remove a gall bladder or an appendix. The price was also a bit high. That is why I gave a "C" for price and a "B" for professionalism (excessive pressure to make a decision right away). GOOD POINTS: The person said the work would happen on the same day. It did happen the same day. I did send requests for bids over Angies List to two other people within a five-mile radius. So far they have not responded -- possibly because it was a "small job." In the area that I live, you can offer a contractor a "small job" while holding a fistfull of hundred-dollar-bills. Half the time the job will never be done. Apparently whatever damage happened to full employment during the Great Recession has healed.show more
