"Ron called and gave me a quote for the job for purchasing and installing the new pump.  He followed up later that day as I asked.  I gave him the job and he was able to send out Tony the next day. Tony showed up on time and got right to work. He was personable and explained everything he was doing.  He also explained how the pump worked and things I could do to prolong the life (hopefully) of the new pump.

"Bathtub removed and walk in shower installed. Only hiccup was the curtain rod which wasn't installed until after the tension rod fell twice. Rod wasn't installed at the desired height either but it will work with a shorter curtain."
