"Kevin was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Did a camera scope and have his opinion and how severe the problem was. Roto Rooter quoted me $11,000 for a continuous sewage backup issue!!! Kevin recommended other companies that are cheaper and didn t think it was necessary for such a major repair. I was told by Roto Rooter that they needed to repipe the pipe to my home, dig up my yard, etc....... Kevin suggested maintenance jetting before major/expensive repairs!! Also, offered to call the companies ahead of time if I do decide to use them for major repairs!! :)"
