"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. I have no complaints about the work but, had I known ahead of time what they charge, I would have called a few other places first. Caveat emptor!"

"They replaced my toilet, along with other work. After they left, I lifed the lid, and discovered a large, U shaped hole on the edge. I called them and was told that it didn't matter as the lid had to be lifted to see the damage ( looked to be caused during manufacturing). I called again and let them know that I needed to have someone look at it. I was told that there was nothing they could do, but that they would send someone out on Monday. I waited for them, they never showed up and never called. They no longer take my calls. While it may not seem like a big deal to them, I paid them a lot of money for the toilet and install. The lease they could have done was to bring out one that wasn't damaged and exchanged the toilet."
