Told me he had something else to do that day but he will take a look into getting the part that I needed to be replaced and get back with me on a price. The next thing I know within the next couple of hours I got a call from him stating that the job was done. I was so thrilled. I highly recommend Smith's Heating. "

"I hired Doty to repair a vent pipe. The work was completed. I have asked several times for a detailed invoice of the work performed and equipment that was rented to complete the work and have yet to receive that invoice or even a call to discuss the issue. I believe that they overcharged me for a piece of equipment that they not even use to complete the work. They also damaged my yard while attempting to use this equipment and never once have I been contacted by a manger as I requested. Their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone!"

We had previously gotten our air conditioner from them several years ago and had a great experience so we used them again. The salesman arrived promptly, was very professional and great to work with. He scheduled the new furnace to be installed the next day - which was a Saturday at no extra charge. Our job number is RA511081 and on 11-8-25 Kirk and Logan showed up and worked hard all day to install our new furnace. Kirk and Logan are very friendly to work with and they did a great professional job. They kept us up to date on the status as they worked. They are even great with the dog...I highly recommend Holland Heating and Logan and Kirk if you have any HVAC needs. Rachel Putnik"
