First measured all windows to make sure that they had the correct windows to match my house. they then took out the old windows an installed the new windows. They continued to work throughout the day taking out a window and replacing the new window. then cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. they did a good job and explained what they were doing as they did it. The two guys completed the job in day."

The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. "We had a rain delay of 1 day. The window coordinator, Malaika kept us informed every step of the way and she told us that she had an excellent crew for us. We found out just how great they were. They are ansubcontractors for HANSONS, and they went by AIR-TITE CONSTRUCTION out of Lansing, Michigan.There are 3 employees that started the work about 7:30am. They were meticulous about their work and very well coordinated. I don’t think they even took lunch breaks. It was a truly hot day also and they finished up around 4:30-5pm. They tarped inside and out, vacuumed and picked up after every window. They R&R’D 12 windows. They trimmed them all out outside so you don’t have to paint. The inside man, Trevor brought it to our attention that one window had a hairline crack and we had 4 screens missing. He said that they would be ordered and installed. Trevor ran us through the operation of the new windows. We were very impressed with how well everything flowed together & lifetime warranty!"

"We had a fairly large area outside of our kitchen (almost a perfect square) that was never "completed" by the previous owners. On both sides of this area are hardwood flooring. I had dreamed up putting tile into this area with a hardwood design in the middle of the tile. I had contacted three different contractors and no one seemed to understand what I was looking for except Elliot. From the very first visit when he came to quote the job, I was impressed with his professionalism, positivity and kindness. He also stressed that he would only work with quality materials for tile underlayment, which I liked. He isn't just about getting in and getting it done; he also cares about quality and workmanship. I value that. After receiving his quote and discussing it, we ultimately decided to move forward with having him do the work. Great decision!
The job did take longer than anticipated but he still continued to come each and every day until it was finished. He was meticulous with his work. The end result is exactly what we had dreamed up. We love it! The process of home improvement isn't fun. Our kitchen was torn up, there was dust, all of the things that go along with this type of remodeling. But, working with Elliot and his team was a blessing. They are kind, honest, considerate and value the quality of their work. They are also attentive to the needs of the customer and Elliot always responded to my inquiries, questions and concerns in a timely matter.
