Their service was excellent. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable about garage doors. They replaced 4 seals on 4 garage doors and a motor on one that was burned out. Efficient. Very pleased with their work and price. We would recommend them!

We received WONDERFUL service with Grand River. We called them about our broken garage door on Saturday, and by noon on Monday, we had a new door installed! Both the men who inspected the garage door and installed our new garage door were extremely friendly and professional. They seem like a wonderful family business, and we would absolutely recommend them!

We had a new garage door installed 2 months ago by Grand River Garage Door. The installer was professional, on time, and we are very pleased with the door. We had an issue with the door yesterday ... the door didn't work. First thing today, two workers came to our house, and had it working like new within 30 minutes. I will recommend GRGD to anyone who is looking for a company that does a great job!!!

The company did a wonderful job in fixing the garage door opener. They were efficient and professional . I have no complaints with them. They even replaced the door springs to make sure the door is operational. Good Job.

Promptly and courteously called about project. Was able to schedule service for next day which was totally awesome since the request was made about 7PM. Brandon called to verify service for 9-9:30AM. Later called to ask if he could start earlier! Other than waking me from my slumber, he arrived as promised, on time, smiling and ready to get the job done. Discussed initial problem, broken spring and repair. Had a couple of optional suggestions to improve door operations, not required at all. We did have the original rollers and kinked cables replaced also, now the garage door is quieter than it has been for 20 years. Not sure the dogs will hear it open. Excellent work, no BS sales, straightforward options, prices as expected for this service. Most importantly, I do not have to worry about by F.I.L. getting in his garage. I do highly recommend this mom-and-pop shop for garage door service in the greater Lansing area.

Called Grand River Garage Door to request repairs on my mothers 16'x7' garage door that had become racked halfway down in its travel. Brad politely asked to return my call once he consulted his schedule and not more than 20 minutes later Brandon was calling me to confirm an afternoon appointment. Very courteous and professional, no unwarranted "upsells", just a very professional approach to garage door installation and service. I will continue to recommend their services to anyone looking for a reputable company who does quality work at a very reasonable price-point.

I am unhappy with the pricing and will updated my review if I can have further conversation with Brad. I would also like to have a filled out contract, my contract is blank except for part numbers with no cost attached the total cost which was $2606.00. The quality of work is fine and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and kind however the pricing of parts was probably more than doubled. I am willing to negotiate a solution.

Arrived on time and went right to work discovering both issues with my two garage door openers. Repairs were promptly made and a very nice job resealing both doors. Very personable and highly recommended.
