"Installers arrived on time, introduced themselves and started work. First measured all windows to make sure that they had the correct windows to match my house. they then took out the old windows an installed the new windows. They continued to work throughout the day taking out a window and replacing the new window. then cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. they did a good job and explained what they were doing as they did it. The two guys completed the job in day."

"The entire procedure was excellent from start to finish. The salesman/installer, Luke Dane, came and measures my windows. He was very personable and professional. He gave me all the choices I had for the windows and did not pressure or "sell" me on anything that I did not need for want. The work was top notch. He made sure that everything was perfect before he left and even let me know that if there was a problem please give him a call and he would come back and make adjustments. The windows are beautiful. "The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

The problem was that these are old, custom size doors. Other companies had come out to bid and decided it was too complex to fix and tried to sell us new doors. But when it came time to pay him, he did not jack up his quote, he said “a deal is a deal “ and just asked for the original bid. That is integrity. Excellent skills, great work ethic and honesty like this don’t happen every day. I would recommend him highly and hire him again in a minute. Five stars plus!"
