My deck was scheduled for staining at the end of the week but had structural damage that needed repair. From the moment I spoke to Linda the office manager, I was hopeful as she set the tone of the company and pleasantly gave me a brief outline of the process of getting an estimation. That’s when the calls started coming from Linda and Doug and arrangements were being made and within an hour another person was coming out to do the repair. Although it was cloudy … Paul showed up and said let’s see what happens…. He made his assessment, discussed the plan with me, went and picked up the material and within a couple of hours my deck was brand new!!! SKM Maintenance proved to be such an exemplary service provider, offering an experience that left me completely satisfied. Their ability to manage unforeseen obstacles reflected their commitment to client care, and their attention to detail transformed my deck into a space that feels brand new.
