when this company installed my sprinkler system, they damaged my main water line and would not answer phone calls had to have another company fix the water line $800.00 water standing in basement hire them at your own risk.

We hired them but then 2 weeks ago they ghosted us. Stopped cutting, did not respond to calls, emails etc. Then we heard from our neighbors they decided to stop cutting out sub.

I got an estimate from Jay Chatfield of Brendels Lawn Care Service in early Mar for lawn cutting, fall cleanup, and snow removal. The prices he quoted me were reasonable, in line with what I paid my previous lawn guy. The lawn cutting was fine. The billing was not. I paid each bill, but then Mr. Chatfield started to re-bill me. I got in touch with him the first time this happened and told him that I had sent a check, and he admitted that he had problems with the post office delivering his mail. So the issue was with the post office, not that I was delinquent paying him. Yet the re-billing continued a few more times. I then received an email from Mr. Chatfield on Oct 4 for two fall cleanup options, both with a price 2.4 times higher than what he quoted in Mar. He also quoted two options for snow removal; the price per push (the one I was interested in) was 20% more than the price he quoted in Mar. I sent him an email back asking if he would honor the prices we agreed to in Mar for fall cleanup and snow removal, and he agreed he would. By the end of Nov, Mr. Chatfield still had not cleaned my yard. We had already had a snowfall, so I was concerned. On Th, Dec 2, I sent him a text asking when he was coming to my home for fall cleanup. He responded he would come either that Fri or Sat. He did not make it either day. I sent him another text that Sat afternoon, asking if he was still going to make it. He never responded. The forecast called for rain on Sun afternoon. I spent Sun raking leaves, trying to beat the rain. Fortunately my neighbors helped me so that I did get done just before it rained. Since then, I have sent Mr. Chatfield another text, also an email, and left two voicemails, asking him to confirm that he still planned to provide snow removal services. He never responded to any of my messages; he did not bother to show common courtesy to let me know that he no longer wants my business. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Great! they cleaned up after themselves they did what we asked them to do and kept the price where they said. And they were very pleasant to work with.

I have been looking for a lawn company gor a while. Previous companies would give me information and take information from me. Never show up. . Thought I would try one more time. Jansen is great great response and true t o his word. Great job . I am very happy with the lawn care. Finally found a lawn company that is true to their word.
