All clean up was completed before they left, inside and out. My bay/bow window took the most work. Extremely heavy but it was put in and sealed beautifully. We found a defective roller, a broken hinge, and 2 frayed lift cables. I am sure anyone of these issues would have been another service call in the near future! To finish up the service call, Frank lubricated all the moving parts on my doors. I am delighted with the professional, quality service I received."
