"I am very pleased with SKM maintenance who showed me what they were made of when things got tight. Professionalism, Proficiency and Efficiency. I knew I had a tight deadline to meet. My deck was scheduled for staining at the end of the week but had structural damage that needed repair. From the moment I spoke to Linda the office manager, I was hopeful as she set the tone of the company and pleasantly gave me a brief outline of the process of getting an estimation. Within a day, Doug, one of the owners, was at my home evaluating the deck. He made his assessment, discussed the plan with me, went and picked up the material and within a couple of hours my deck was brand new!!!
