A call was logged with Kelly, who was extremely polite and went out of her way to accommodate me. She said that a plumber would be out this afternoon. I was therefore surprised to have a plumber arrive at 12 noon. Mac was very efficient and snaked out our bathroom sink timeously. He was patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. When the job was completed, he cleans up the way he found it. Mac is definitely a team player and I recommend that he received an incentive compensation, for doing extraordinary work. He is definitely motivated to work efficiently and maximize revenues. Thank you for the quality services and not taking advantage of the elderly. If anyone ask who to call for plumbing, I will make sure to say MR. PIPEY PLUMBING!"

"I recommend Allshire highly and without reservation. Russ, John, and all their crews were professional and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. "Repairman was Tyler, who showed up promptly as scheduled. He put in several hours tracing the problem of the gas pilot not staying lit. He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."

"They did a great job installing a new hot water heater in 2015. In 2021, I noticed water at the base of the tank (possibly a problem with the drain valve). I filled out the online service request form but did not hear back. In the past three weeks, I have called the service line, and cell phone number listed on their profile several times. I was able to leave a message once (approximately two weeks ago). All other times the voice mailboxes have been full. I have not received any response to the online service request form, nor the phone message I left. It is disappointing and frustrating to spend 1k on a hot water heater, but then simply not to be able to reach anyone or get a callback. If the business is shuttered or overwhelmed for any reason, it would be professional and appropriate to post a message to that effect, at the very least."
