"This was one of the worst experiences in my life!! After After 6 weeks of horrible communication I still have no tub I followed up with a certified hot tub tech who informed me that due to the fact my hot tub is sunken into the floor there is no access to the control box. You CANNOT change out a heater without access to this box. Pool 2 Perfection should have known this. They never should have charged me for parts that are not properly connected to the control box because they will never work. Now I an out $855 and still have a non-functioning hot tub. He does not know what he is doing and should have never agreed to service the Hot Tub. Now he will not even respond to me. I offered to pay the service call and he can come and get his part that is of no use to me."

"NEVER EVER think of hiring this company, they did a very bad job installing our liner and 2 years later when we called them since it was getting worse They blamed on water leak, which is definitely not true, without even bothering to come and take a look at itâ ¦ we kept calling for follow up nobody answers the phone we tried emailing they answered very rudely providing us with Warranty contactâ ¦ they dropped the ballâ ¦ warranty said it is kit covered and we need to buy a new liner and pay for it and for its installation after only 3 years of getting a new oneâ ¦ we tried to reach back to ask if they can install for free at least since it is their poor installation that caused our problem they never answered ! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES!"

"These guys make you pay $200 before they will even talk to you. Then they make you pay 20% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT . Then as things move along, they will inform you of certain things, like making a diagram of the area that they say, needs to be detailed and you can do it yourself, but they will not give you any assistance of what the county needs. So, they offer to do it for you for $500. Makes it sound like its difficult. I paid them the NON REFUNDABLE $500 and they sent me the diagram to approve before sending it to the county. Its a Google Map view with a few different shading areas and a few numbers on it. Probably too about 10 minutes to make. Then, after all is said and done, they want the balance paid upon the arrival of the one person that will dig the pond before he even starts. I changed my mind because it was taking way too long and the permits are just crazy. They know people change their minds. Thats why the make you pay up front all the NON REFUNDABLE money. "Initially all went well, they did a nice job putting in the pool and the first few years were fine. But as the pool aged and I required service, the response got bad. They did not answer emails or phone calls and it took repeated attempts to contact them to get anything done. The decking around pool warped and I asked them about fixing it and instead they hammered in a bunch of nails to hold it in place. When the external pool heater failed, I was promised that Art would come out and fix it. I waited all season and even when the pool was closed, they still didn't do anything. I finally had enough and changed company"
