When we discovered a huge tear in our liner after taking the cover off on Memorial Day, we were pleasantly surprised to get a call back from Bob THAT day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time answering every question we had. He was out the next day to look at our pool, measure it and thoroughly explain his product and service. Phone calls and texts were answered right away, which is also huge for us! Once the liner came in, the crew was polite and pleasant, and worked non-stop to get the job done. On completion day, Bob went over and beyond giving us instructions and suggestions on opening/closing pool, pool chemicals, and maintenance, etc. As business owners ourselves, we appreciate a company who is just as committed to customer service as we are, there just aren't enough of them out there. In addition to Angie's list, we talked to another customer who recommended Gecko painting company to us. Here is where I would like to advise people to look at the entire list of service providers before making a selection. There are excellent providers located throughout the listings. I called, left a brief message listing the kind of work I wanted to have done, and waited for a response. Jeff returned my call, set up a meeting time and showed up on time. He listened, made suggestions, and wrote up an estimate of the total costs. Jeff told us to make up a component list of materials: paint colors, fixtures, faucet and vanity etc. Jeff took our list and picked up and delivered all of the items to our home which helped to minimize confusion and to maintain an accurate record of the actual cost of everything we needed for the job.
On day one of the project he showed up on time, covered our wood floors with plastic to protect the finish, and started the removal of the old stuff. Good housekeeping was practiced from beginning to end, they cleaned up every day, and were relatively quiet.
The job was completed ahead of schedule and below cost. How did it go? Outstandingly well!

The end result looks sensational. My daughter-in-law approves and will be using Gecko painting in her home as well. My wife and I are planning future projects and we will definitely call on Gecko painting again.
