"The  most thrilling part of this story is that RAM was able to find the source of the water leak.  First I thought it was the furnace.   But that service man said it was coming from the roof.  $100 service charge. The roofer caulked around the chimney, inspected the attic and said it was condensation and I should add a bag of insulation.  $150.00 charge.  RAM did the attic inspection for $75.00 Angie List and found a PCV Valve was leaking and that I should recall  the first service man to fix it.  $179.00.  Note that our home is on a slab and our pipes are in the attic rather than the basement.  The attic inspection also checked for mold, pest damage and insulation.  We did contract for the insulation and the $75 was applied to the contract price.  They were on time, professional, and did a thorough job.  We were pleased."
