Exterior Painting and Staining Service
Alban came out and said he would fix where water was flooding my porch when it rained. I explained that it needed to have flashing installed to direct the water to the gutter. He came out and installed something on the gutter itself which did nothing. After several unanswered calls I am pretty disappointed in Alban. He took the money but did not fix the problem.

This is the 2nd time I had Alban Lumaj and his Unique P&R team handle a large project for us. Once again, didn't disappoint. First project in 2020 involved reconstructing our chimney (rotting boards) then full house painting. This summer (project #2) he brought in his "top guy" to upgrade our old deck to TimberTech composite materials. They did a fantastic job. I really enjoy the personalities of his team - they're all such good people. Most of all, though, the quality of work is always tops. He truly cares about the quality and craftsmanship and the relationship with the customer. He even spotted some spots from the 2020 job that needed minor fixing, so did that too. Can't recommend Alban and his crew enough!

I researched many painters via the NextDoor App and this painter had the highest ratings for the quality of the work, customer service and fair pricing. The entire interior of my 1952 bungalow home was painted beautifully. I was impressed with the preparation and care exhibited and the exceptional quality of the work. In addition to painting walls and ceiling this painter is skilled at renovating and improving the home. I was very pleased with the following tasks completed: skim coating the second floor master suite, removing a popcorn ceiling, realigning the front door so it closes properly, removing the laundry chute, redirecting an air duct and repairing drywall. I would give 100 stars for this contractor if I could.

Alban and crew did an awesome job on our exterior paint job. We changed colors and completely transformed our house. They were thorough and paid attention to details. Highly recommend
