"I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"The backsplash looks great and I'm happy with the quality of the work.  However, the scheduling was such a hassle that I cannot in good conscience give this provider the top score, even though I had great rapport with the lady who came out to take the measurements and place the order, and with the installer himself.  Not only did it take over two months to get the job scheduled, but the installer was not on time either day.  (I don't believe it was his fault but the scheduler's.)  Additionally, at no time was I advised that the job would take two days - one day to install the tiles and one to apply the grout.
