Installed 6" gutters and screen cover. Professional work - quote, follow-up, installation. Accessible at all times. Excellent response and work quality. No pressure tactics such as verbal quote and then here is the price for today. Pricing comparable to others, may be slightly higher. But knowing the final product now, it is justified. Installation crew (Gary and Co.) was thorough and took care of all details - meticulous. High recommendation for gutter work.

Working with Great Lakes Gutter was really easy. I WFH and am on the phone all day and was able to arrange everything over email. Very responsive. Reasonably priced, fast to come out and give an estimate and I had the installation done less than a week later! Guys were young but knew what they were doing (I love seeing younger people working in the trades) - they worked fast and were super pleasant and polite. Everything looks great. It will be nice to not have rust holes in my gutters that pour out water on the path I take to get into my car! ha!

They caused damage to my house and a incomplete job. My house has major trim damage now. The workers were unprofessional and tried to enter the house to fix a breaker was blown and the man told my wife she didn’t know how to restore power.

These guys were great. I had so many questions in the 5-7 weeks before install (mostly about colors/matching, sizes, etc). They were always reachable and more patient with me than most businesses probably would be. On install day, the installers were really friendly, clean, respectful, and explained everything they were going to do. They also gave me options for some alterations and explained the pros and cons. As long as I live in this area, these are my gutter guys.

The installation team arrived promptly, confirmed the salesman Jonny's description of the project, timing and asked if I had further questions. The gutters were flushed clean, checked for drainage and the guards were installed. All debris was cleaned up and the whole installation of 160 feet of guards was done in 2 hours.

John in sales, Katelyn in office and Gary's installation team were all knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Will work with them again if needed.

The crew, Gary & Chris are true professionals, they’re efficient and they pay attention to detail(s). Great Lakes Gutter is a very responsive and cooperative company that was a pleasure to work with. They have quality employees, from sales, to the office, to the crew in the field. If ever I should need this type of work again, I’ll be calling Great Lakes Gutter first!! Btw, they use quality material, Am very happy with the outcome. We have a 2 story colonial with a attached two car garage and an extended living room. So I needed two 25 foot long gutters, front an back, two 13 foot long gutters on the living room extension and two 18 foot long gutters on the garage extension, all are 6 inch gutters with the larger down spouts and gutter guards on top.

They did a great job

Our 110 year old home needed help. We have lived in this residence for almost 43 years and now it needed more than just “band-aiding.” After checking out several companies, to the rescue came Great Lakes Gutter Company. We were immediately impressed during the initial contact when Bill talked to two very knowledgeable, patient and welcoming receptionists, Kaitlin and Stephanie. After having our home painted, it was time to add the gutters. Rob Noe, Project Manager, came to our location, surveyed the issues, listened to what we wanted and presented a plan of action with reasonable estimated costs as to what would be involved. It was definitely a challenge that they were willing to take on. From the very beginning Kevin and Micah arrived with welcoming smiles, energy and a focus. They unloaded ladders, tools and quality materials (which reflected the color choice that we had given). Having a very old home presented aged problems; but nothing that this incredible team couldn't tackle and overcome with their creative mission. There was open communication with us and a definite focus on positive customer relations which was always evident. Each of them was positive and self-directed as the work progressed. At times the heat and humidity of Michigan's notorious summer weather would have slowed down most workmen, but not these guys. We don't know if they took any breaks; each hour produced visible progress. It was obvious that they wanted to be on-schedule. The flurry of accurate action was like worker bees. This company was detail-oriented with perfection as a goal. The gutters have given our home new and extended life thanks to Great Lakes Gutters. We chose the xtreme guard because we have lots of woods around the house. The clean-up effort was efficient and complete with a final inspection when Kevin and Micah had us accompany them around the whole house for any comments or alterations. They definitely had a mark of pride in their work. We would highly recommend this fantastic business. Their work ethic is something to behold and they are terrific, inspiring role-models for others.
