"Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."

"I called Randy on a Friday because my furnace quit working. It was late in the day but he showed up and we determined that I really needed to purchase a new furnace. He tired to get one that same day but since it was close to 5 at that time he was unable to. He ordered the new furnace which arrived on Monday morning and was her promptly to install it...He and his worker were very professional. "On 11/4/22 at Highlands mobile hp 2 guys early 30’s came to my moms house with clipboard,a few furnace filters & a dry vacuum cleaner expressing that they have an appointment with us in 5 minutes set up with Sherri from Highlands to do a yearly cleaning n maintenance check on it mom has her our furnace guy that already came a month ago n we called Sheri at the office we were never told anything about a appointment we told ur guys to leave they were going door to door thru the whole park I talked to a man that works her in the park ur guys are only supposed to be working on rentals I feel as though your guys are causing your company a BAD REPUTATION Bullying people to try to get into their homes dishonestly SHAME ON THEM THEY SHOULD BE FIRED praying on the elderly that way I would be embarrassed I’m just grateful I was here with my mom she has stage 3 cancer too I hope no one ever does that to any of their family members ?"
