"I hired Doty to repair a vent pipe. The work was completed. I have asked several times for a detailed invoice of the work performed and equipment that was rented to complete the work and have yet to receive that invoice or even a call to discuss the issue. I believe that they overcharged me for a piece of equipment that they not even use to complete the work. They also damaged my yard while attempting to use this equipment and never once have I been contacted by a manger as I requested. Their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone!"

"I called Randy on a Friday because my furnace quit working. It was late in the day but he showed up and we determined that I really needed to purchase a new furnace. He tired to get one that same day but since it was close to 5 at that time he was unable to. He ordered the new furnace which arrived on Monday morning and was her promptly to install it...He and his worker were very professional.
