Kopec was very nice- Checked the voltage/ MAIN fuse BOX and entire AC. Had it working in less than an hour checked for leaks and told us no leak, Free on was good. He charged us 80.00 and we have a working air. Knowledgeable and friendly.

I found Kopec Plumbing on Angie's List. A friend also called me and told me she recommended Kopec. She said they worked on hers and her family's homes. For me, I still had a dribble of water coming out so it was not an emergency but I was scheduled within three days. Kopec identified the problems immediately. They replaced copper pipes and shut off valves in my crawl space. They fixed leaks under the kitchen sink and fixed my hot water heater so there is no longer a bad smell coming from the tap. They did a great job. I was pleased with their professionalism and conscientiousness. Two guys working for three hours and I have peace of mind again.

Excellent. He came out on an Sunday, and fixed it so it wouldn't flood the basement. He came back within an week, and made it permanent.

He comes out. He was all tied up that day and he came out after work. We use them all of the time. He is the only one I use. They are very friendly. They are very productive. They answer any questions. To save money he showed me some tricks, so I wouldn't have to call them I could fix it myself. He works with you.

It went well. He will come right away if there is an emergency, and if not he'll still come within the next two days or so.

It when extremely well. His first assessment for the the repairs was that it would take about 4 hours and it would cost $400.00 dollars. It end up only taking 2 1/2 hours and he drop his bill down to $250.00 dollars. When he left every thank was clean and back where it had been.

Professional and thorough; but hourly rate is high.

Tom Kopec does the plumbing work for our condo association.  We have used him for close to 15 years, and he has never disappointed us.  He comes promptly and takes care of the job quickly, efficiently, and correctly.  His communication is excellent.  His work is top quality.
The work was not done at the provider's location, but we cannot put the addresses of residents of the condo complex on this site.

He came to our home due to a concern we had with our furnace.  He  promptly came out, inspected the area and verified it was safe.  We also had him out recently to fix a plumbing leak in our basement.  He came out on a Saturday, had all necessary parts with him, and promptly fixed the issue at a reasonable price.  Tom is very professional.  We use him for our all plumbing needs.

Tom arrived promptly when he said he would, which was about 24 hours after I initially called him.  He quoted me 650-700 over the phone to replace the pressure tank, gauge and switch, which took him about 40 minutes to do start to finish.  He said the job "went really easy so $650."  I had been quoted by another, larger plumbing company $1226 to do the same job, 3-5 days out, using the same exact brand replacement part.
Many of his other reviews spoke of how he is very honest and open about his services and pricing, his expertise and professionalism.  He lived up to his expectations and I will certainly (although hopefully not too soon) call him first for heating and plumbing.

I have used Tom Kopek approx 8 years, he always returns calls promptly, and arrives the same day. My house was built in 1890, and have had multiple issues and used several other plumbing companies, they do not compare to Kopec plumbing and heating in response/quality/professionalism/cost. Tom replaced all the galvanized pipe with copper, in stages, to make it more affordable to us. The only pipes he could not replace were the ones going to an upstairs bathroom on an outside wall. These pipes later froze and resulted in water damage to an inside wall, which could have been worse if he did not respond so quickly. In both these examples he had employees working on the job, they were also professional. I will continue to use Kopec from the smallest clogged drain to large jobs.

He was quick. Within 24 hours of me calling him, he had it replaced so that was good. He was a very knowledgeable guy.
