Coates Plumbing

The plumbers we have had out from Coates were very polite and professional and it was easy to get an appointment on short notice. However, they install AO Smith water heaters, which quit working due to a manufacturer defect after less than 2 years. The manufacturer warranty o ly covers parts, and Coates only offers a 1 year warranty on the installation, so we were stuck paying $258 to have them fix a water heater that was defective in the first place. As far as I can tell, they exclusively install the AO Smith water heaters, because that logo is right on their company trucks. Therefore I would not recommend working with Coates because they are installing poor quality products.

Coates Plumbing always does great work. Andy and his staff are the most trustworthy honest plumbing company in the area.

Coates did a very nice job on removing old dishwasher and replacing w/new. They also hooked up a new faucet in our sink in the kitchen. Workmanship was very good. Service was timely. We felt the cost was extremely high for this service.

the service call one day and because of that my fee for them coming to look at the problem was waived even before they knew that I was going to hire them . Overall a very good experience.

.I thought they were very nice and professional. It was very easy to set-up an appointment. They waved our $35 service fee because we had a lot of work they did for us. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable about all our plumbing problems.
