There were two cracks in the foundation in a spare room (we live in a quad, the room was half underground). Andrew filled/sealed both cracks using a high pressure polyurethane injection and about 6 rod holes that were leaking when it rained. Andrew also re-enforced the cracks. Was very thorough, even testing with letting the hose run on the sides of the house where the cracks were.

"We had an appointment for 8am Monday. Stephen showed up around 8:20am. He was very polite, and did his best to fix our garage door opener. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes of trying to get it to work, it was concluded that the motor had gone bad on the unit and was overheating. Stephen told me he would happily install a new opener that we could purchase through a big box store, or he could provide us with a slightly higher quality version, and he quoted us for 3 different units. We selected the cheapest one, which was a higher quality version of what had gone bad, and he immediately called his supplier to see if he could get it right away. Thankfully, one was in stock and he was able to arrange to come back first thing Tuesday morning (8am). At approx. 8:25am on Tuesday morning, he texted to let me know he would be arriving by 9am. He came, installed the new opener, and by 10:30am everything was complete. He was very professional. He did NOT charge me for Monday's visit. The total cost of the project was $400 cash. (He gave me a discount since I could pay cash.) I have a WONDERFUL opener, and in addition to the LiftMaster warranty, EZHawk will warranty the opener. If I have any problems within the next three years, I need only call Stephen, and he will take care of it. Stephen took the old unit with him, and I put the packaging from the new unit into my trash bin after he left. It took all of 30 seconds to grab it from the corner of my garage. Thanks Stephen, for getting our garage door opening and closing again! I appreciate your time, and highly recommend you to anyone needing this service!"

"It worked out just fine. I had no problems at all. They came when they were supposed to come. They had two guys. I think it took a little bit longer, we were hoping they could maybe squeeze in a few more things. But we had the two hours and they were actually there a little longer and didn't charge us any more. They were great. No complaints. I wasn't really happy with the way the ceiling job turned out, but it really wasn't their fault. We were basically putting a square fan in what used to be a round hole. So the ceiling needed to be patched, but they did what they were supposed to do. And they did best with what we had, because we had already bought the things for them to install. I would not hesitate to call them back to get another quote for something else. We had to go in and change the thing in the faucet. I wish he had told us when we were installing it, because it had this stop so the water would not get real hot, and it would have been nice for them to give us the opportunity to change that. We didn't know anything about it and then we had to go online and figure out how to change that. The water wasn't hot enough. I would have like them to give us the heads up on that. But other than that everything else was fine. The quality of the work was no problem."

"I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right."

"Collins Construction tore off the old roof, put the new one on and had the chimney repairs taken care of in one day.  The work crew was efficient, polite, and cleaned up around the house before they left.  The did not leave any mess.  They added soffits where needed.  Fred Collins came back to inspect the finished job, himself.  I would recommend and use Collins Construction for any project.
