The workman (Andy) came to my home on a Tuesday morning (8am sharp) to clean the gutters and power-wash the deck, and then returned on Thursday morning (8am sharp) to apply the deck stain. He helped me choose which type and color of stain would be most effective and durable, then did a careful job with the work and cleaned up everything afterward. My formerly faded, shabby-looking deck now looks brand new again."

Our subfloor under carpet was insufficient for new hardwood floors. They removed huge amount of subfloor and also demo'd entry tile on cement board. Then installed a lot of new subfloor on multiple levels. He met with our hardwood installer to ensure everything was right and went above and beyond to tighten subfloor to joists so it's solid and squeak-free in an older house. The new hardwood was the perfect height after Joe's planning for subfloor height - he makes it look easy. They also shaved curly-ques from an old wrought iron railing, painted and replaced it; even finding a way to break the weld at the bottom to turn the feet to accommodate new flooring. Hand railing wasn't secured inside wall so he framed support and patched drywall. He's creative and capable, saving us a ton by modifying our existing railings to look newer and more on trend. I'm on his waiting list to have more done and he's worth the wait during his busy season!"

"Craig ordered replacement for 3 new cupboards. was able to do this during pandemic by using my photos and measurements. Old cupboards removed and new ones installed in about 5 hours. Look great. They even fixed the door to the laundry room. Were very respective of COVID restrictions during work."

"We had an appointment for 8am Monday. Stephen showed up around 8:20am. He was very polite, and did his best to fix our garage door opener. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes of trying to get it to work, it was concluded that the motor had gone bad on the unit and was overheating. Stephen told me he would happily install a new opener that we could purchase through a big box store, or he could provide us with a slightly higher quality version, and he quoted us for 3 different units. We selected the cheapest one, which was a higher quality version of what had gone bad, and he immediately called his supplier to see if he could get it right away. Thankfully, one was in stock and he was able to arrange to come back first thing Tuesday morning (8am). At approx. 8:25am on Tuesday morning, he texted to let me know he would be arriving by 9am. He came, installed the new opener, and by 10:30am everything was complete. He was very professional. He did NOT charge me for Monday's visit. The total cost of the project was $400 cash. (He gave me a discount since I could pay cash.) I have a WONDERFUL opener, and in addition to the LiftMaster warranty, EZHawk will warranty the opener. If I have any problems within the next three years, I need only call Stephen, and he will take care of it. Stephen took the old unit with him, and I put the packaging from the new unit into my trash bin after he left. It took all of 30 seconds to grab it from the corner of my garage. Thanks Stephen, for getting our garage door opening and closing again! I appreciate your time, and highly recommend you to anyone needing this service!"

"Todd Morrissey gave me a quote by email after I emailed him with dimensions and photos of the powder room.  The work included the removal of the old flooring and toilet and installation of the new flooring that we provided along with the reinstall of the toilet.  The quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.  Todd gave me a date for installation based upon my availability.  Todd and his helper Dave showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  We are pleased with the results."
