"We apologize that you and your spouse were so unhappy with our work, that you had to leave a negative review. As you know, mistakes do happen, no one is perfect. The stain on the street, where the cement truck (the mini-mix company) was, was due to a line that had unfortunately broke. It obviously isn't something that any of us planned. Technically, it should have been the mini-mix that comes out to fix the issue, but Greg took full responsibility and was not intending to leave the stain there. He was waiting to get a chance to get out there and get it out, as he did and had discussed with you. I am sorry it wasn't within the time you wished. As for the broken brick on the house, with the many machines on the job site at all times, we try to get in tight places without damage, but sometimes it does happen. Again, Greg came out and made it right. Regarding the landscape back-filling after the forms were pulled, that is not our responsibility, as it is stated on the contact. We are a small family owned company and we try our best to make everyone happy and thus far, we have done pretty well at doing so. We can totally understand if we didn't come out or never answered your calls, but we did nothing of the above. Your driveway came out beautiful, and all issues that occurred on the job have been taken care of.
