The day they came to quote the job, they beat other quotes and said the job could be completed that day. I was impressed with in the hour a whole crew was here it was not a small job, 8 trees not huge but none the less all being taken down and stumps ground. It was late in the da. Not being able to grind the stumps was not a problem as I had a 2 week lead time. They did have to leave the grinding until the next morning as well, due to time and daylight. The grinding had to be followed up on, no communication until I asked. I was also having a patio installed the following weekend, and my gate would be taken out. At no time was I advised that the gate was an issue, nor did anyone ask about removal for stump grinding until I asked about when they would be back to grind the stumps. Once they came, i was not told they came, happened to look myself, and noted a stumps left over in the corner of the yard. The job is complete with wood chunks left in the yard. I will clean up. Could be clear on expectations and timing of the work.

They are working harder than anyone I have ever seen. They are faster at getting the job done than anyone I have ever seen. They are super friendly and look happy when they climb those trees. Their team is perfection and their price is right . They came the next day after I called for help. Amanda is a sweetheart to talk to on the phone. A++ to PJ's Tree Service!

They were fast, accurate, knowledgeable, thorough in their clean-up (not one leaf left on the lawn or walkways), and cost effective. This is a company I would do repeat business with and recommend to anyone.

They were quick efficient and knew their stuff. They took down a 65 foot spruce tree that needed to be felled across the road and had it cleared in minutes. Their price was very reasonable. All in all a good experience.

Good job and cleanup

The men did a great job cutting down my huge tree. Unfortunately, during stump remover wasn't completely done. Left the stump above the ground with the blade stuck on the root. I've tried texting several times and she was no help especially when she lied that she will get the men to cut the root to push the walkway down. I just want them to get the job done. So I have to somehow kill the root myself. Just because it's too close to the sidewalk or walkway should be done by carefully not so close to it. (Not even so close). Also, leaving the blade in the root is not professionally done. I give men who cut down the tree an A. Stump removal a C and consultant and her boss a D.

JP's removed a vary large area of buckthorn ranging from small plants to 5 inch "trees". They were fast, thorough, protected the lawn, and did a beautiful job. They were very easy to work with and reasonably priced. Based upon my experience, I I highly recommend JP's Tree Services.

Great job! Quick and neat clean up

They led me to believe that my tree was dead inside and not salvageable when only a portion of the tree was rotted. I unknowingly agreed to remove a beautiful old tree based on the information they gave me, which was wrong. They did not obtain the necessary permit for the work and neglected to advise me that I would need a permit for tree removal. They damaged my fence and completely broke a portion of my neighbor?s fence without notifying anyone. I signed a contract for one price and they raised the price by $2500 after they started the work. Police came to my home and the contractor told me to lie to them so no one gets in trouble because they knew that they did not have a permit. I told them to stop the work halfway through and not come back. This was a horrible experience.

Great turnaround from request to job completion.

They bid the job and completed the work on the same day. They were only 10 minutes from my house. I am very satisfied with this company.
