Big Twigs' team was incredibly professional and efficient. The owner provided a bid quickly and explained in detail how he arrived at the pricing. On the day the trees were removed, the weather had been very wet and the crew laid down boards to protect my lawn from the removal and grinding equipment. There were 2 climb teams and they communicated constantly with the crew on the ground, ensuring everyone stayed safe while maintaining speedy removal. They were as coordinated as ballet dancers! I highly recommend this organization and look forward to providing recommendations to my neighborhood HOA. Thank you!

Was done perfectly and efficiently.. the crew arrived exactly on time with all the equipment, removed one large tree and trimmed several others, cleaned up and then ground the stump exactly as requested.

Jon, the owner, was very quick to respond to my call. He came out within a couple days to meet with me and discuss the job. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me in detail. The tree that was needed to be removed had grown into the fence near it. It was a difficult job, stated to me by several tree experts including Big Twigs. Jon was the only company that would remove the tree AND stump. The other companies would not even consider removing the stump. The fence post was the only thing left at the area when the job was completed. Jon and his team did an amazing job!!!!!!! They did a better job than I had expected due to the nature of the fence and post being a huge hurdle to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Twigs. Their service was impeccable and the price was much more affordable compared to the other companies' estimates. Please see the photos for the before and after.

These guys were awesome! They arrived on time and had a large crew with clean and updated machinery. Before the crew cut my trees and bushes they took the time to explain what they were going to do BEFORE cutting which I really appreciated! The owner Jon answered all of my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. The crew also explained to me how to monitor the health of my trees in the future which is very important to me since this is the first house + yard I’ve owned and have never had to take care of so many trees. The crew cleaned up my yard when they were finished and left it spotless. They also were able to avoid marking up any of the grass and moved all of my furniture back as well. They also unhooked all of the cords connected to my house prior to any of the cutting and trimming and re-hooked all of them back perfectly. I appreciated Big Twigs for their punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge about the health of my trees and how they took care of my house + yard throughout the trimming process and post care as well. I would definently hire Big Twigs again!

Would definitely use Big Twigs again. Jon came out and gave me an estimate of the work, thoroughly explaining the problem with my tree and describing the removal process. The price quoted was less than another quote I had received. The work was scheduled the following week, and completed when he said it would be done. Overall, very satisfied.

The man who went up in the tree with the chain saw was an artist. He was effective and efficient and managed to take down a multi-trunk 50 to 60 tree without dropping any of it on a smaller Serviceberry tree adjacent to it. The team cleaned up the slash as it came down and afterward they had a variety of equipment to move the trunk and turn it all into chips. Also they put down 4x8 sheets of wood to buffer the impact of the tires of the vehicle that moved the trunk (no ruts in the grass). They were about an hour late but they also called to tell me they were running late so if I could have given them a B+ on punctuality I would. Over all though this is a solid A team. everyone was professional, I got my done work in the time frame I wished and other than the tree being gone there were few traces they had ever been here. I think you will be pleased if you hire them.

The Big Twigs team showed up a little earlier than their scheduled time and promptly got to work on removal of the tree. While unloading their equipment the team was considerate of neighbor driveways and thru traffic because it is a busy neighborhood street. Big Twigs covered the lawn walk way with sheets of plywood to protect the grass. The crew was very professional in prepping the area and even cleaned up a number of branches that were laying around the yard from the recent storms. The tree was fairly close to our house and while they were cutting branches they were cautious to make sure all dropped limbs were far enough away to prevent any damage to the house. They were very methodical and meticulous in taking down the tree. The stump grinder came later in the day and was just as professional and courteous as the tree removal crew. He wasted no time in getting started on the job and did and excellent job in grinding the stump out.

Needed 3 trees removed and large willow trimmed, as well as canopy of large oak trees in back trimmed. Big Twigs recommended to wait on the oaks, since it was past season. I appreciated the honest approach with the focus on quality work rather than making money quickly. They did a great job on all of the trees, and cleaned everything up. There was some sawdust left on my deck and grill, that I thought they could have blown off, but it was not a big deal. I will have them back in the fall to take care of the oaks.

Everything went like clockwork. Within one week from my contract acceptance I was scheduled in and the job was completed. The team arrived on time, surveyed the area to plan their attack and immediately went to work. The results met my expectations. They even went above and beyond by assisting me in moving bricks over fifty feet then returning them, which saved me about 20 wheel barrow trips one way. They were so professional that I referred them to a friend who used their services also. I even had them come back for a second tree trimming job to include a large branch heap removal. Although a little pricey, their Quality of work is well worth it.

Smoothly and promptly. Excellent cleanup and stump removal. The owner Jonathan communicated promptly and suggested solutions. I contacted three service providers from Angie’s List. One never responded, another said he did not have the crew to handle my job. Big Twig did the job!

They arrived on time with a large team and completed the work within a couple hours. We were very happy with the end results and would definitely hire them again.

Jon was very punctual and professional during his estimate visit. He's clearly very knowledgeable about yard plants, including many kinds of trees and shrubs. He came up with a good plan based on a combination of my desires and his recommendations. The work was done on time and to specification. The yard was cleaned up and the only sign that the team had been there were some tread marks in the soft turf - to be expected. The real test will be to see how the trees do over the coming year or two, but initial impressions are good.

On the morning the job was to be done this crew in its entirety showed on time and began promptly. I counted eight members of this crew and each did his job. This company is excellent! The job was completed and all signs of tree removal gone. Every person I had interaction with was nice, they were very professional in doing their jobs. How refreshing to have an honest and fair service available. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future. The owners of this company should be proud.

My apologies to Big Twigs. I did my review soon after but forgot to submit it. They did an excellent job. They were friendly professionals and their price was competitive They clean up all the mess. I highly recommend this company. We were completely happy with work they did for us.

Jonathan provided a timely quote at a very reasonable price. Scheduling the service followed promptly with no issues, a large crew(6+) with multiple tree cutting tools (chipper, log movers, dump trucks) showed up to my house on time and completed the job as expected in one day. Before leaving the crew cleaned up the property. Very professional service, I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future. Thank you Twigs great job !!
