I couldn't be more impressed with the work done by Martin and his crew on replacing the broken slabs in my driveway. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. The crew arrived on time, carefully removed the damaged concrete, and poured fresh, smooth slabs that blend perfectly with the rest of the driveway. I couldn’t ask for a better contractor to replace my driveway. From permits to removal to pouring the cement, first class service all the way. I saw their truck while they were doing a driveway down the street and gave Martin a call. Best contractor I’ve hired in quite a long time.

Matin gave a good price compared all the other quotes we had and they were prompt on the time and finished the job in 1 day. Completely removed the old drive way and replaced with new as well as we added an extension to park the truck. Over all we are very happy with the outcome.

It's not often I will take the time to write a review but our experience with Martin and is crew was exceptional. Called for a quote day after 4th of July and he came out 2 hours later, communication was outstanding. Completed our concrete patio the following Tuesday which exceeded our expectations. He and his team were very professional, exceptional quality work, was able to make unforseen adjustments ( ran into a buried tree stump and had someone out within 30 minutes to grind it down), lawn and driveway protected, clean up was amazing. I would not hesitate to hire Ramirez Construction in the future or recommend to family and friends.

Very unprofessional! Came to my home quoted me a price and a start date which was agreed upon. Project to be started in 2.5 wks which was more than 5 weeks ago. Subsequently, I turned down other quotes. I have called without a positive response. Project still not done. Starting the process again. Do not waste your time. Not reliable!!

Martin came to my home to give me an estimate on a footing. We had an appointment set up which he changed several times. When he finally came over, he didn't measure anything and stated he knew how much the cost would be. After waiting several weeks for the estimate and not receiving it, I finally got in touch with him again and he stated he would need to come back out again. He then came out a second time and actually measured the area. But once again, Martin did not provide an estimate and ignored all of my texts and calls thereafter. The friend who referred me to him reached out to Martin. Martin told him he was 'too busy' to do the job for me. Interesting that he would communicate with my colleague but not me. He wasted my time on two occasions. If I could give him ZERO stars, I would. Do NOT waste your time with this kid. He's too busy doing flatwork for Pulte homes. Best of luck when the next recession hits.

We had an amazing experience with Ramirez company. Martin came over and gave us a quote the same day I reached out. The project was not easy as we had different slopes and spaces that needed to be unified and built up, and we needed new steps built as well, while preserving all the plants in the area. The were able to accomodate our request to get the work started within the same week at a fair price! The crew was very proffessional, they kept the area clean both days, they worked hard and carefully and were able to complete by second day. The work looks amazing! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Ramirez construction is the best . Mr. Ramirez came on Sunday evening and explained the work and gave me an estimate on the spot. He promised the work done perfectly. He said I’ll knock it out on 2 days and not damage the lawn. I texted him and he was always responsive . Folks , not only did he do the best cement job I’ve ever seen, he did it in record time . The Ramirez crew lay down wood planks and didn’t even bend a blade of grass. My outside walk out patio is almost 1000 sq feet. My God, they did it in 5 hours … tear up tons of old co concrete patio , grade and lay new 6 inch and 4 inch reinforced concrete perfectly…. Everyone who has seen the job he did for me wants to hire him now ! Amazing and the best. Completely professional. They don’t make people like Mr. Ramirez any more…dedicated to the craft and the best !!!!

I signed up online and received Martin's message soon after. He came to my address the same day to give me an estimate and work was done two days after. The entire process was very fast and smooth. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I will definitely hire him again.

They are very professional, engaging, and prompt when the work was scheduled. Did a great job explaining some issues with the current problem with the slab next to the garage and how the foundation for the garage not level. Provided solutions on how to make the slab set next to the garage foundation.

If there is a grade below F, then I will give that also. Terrible, lousy, pathetic, unreliable, unresponsive, unfit for doing business. Angie's List reputation will go down the tubes if you keep this company in your list.

Martin and his team did a fantastic job taking care of our landscaping needs. They mulched beautifully and trimmed our shrubbery with an artful touch - all at a great value. My wife and I highly recommend Ramirez Construction and Landscaping and will be using them for future lawn and asphalt projects.
