Clean Cut Painting

"I'm sorry that you feel as though your interaction with us was less than amazing. I would however like to point out a few key things in response. All of the work we did on your project (including all add-ons, which were offered and in no way required) was discussed beforehand. The door handles and outlet covers you told us you intended to replace and we removed your old handles and plate covers in effort to make the finish on the doors and walls uniform and your time installing the new handles less stressful. We notified you before we removed them and you agreed that you would like them removed. The paint on the floors was present previous to us starting your project, even though, when we cleaned your floors we also cleaned up all of the old painters drips and spray. As i mentioned to you in multiple emails/text messages that we never received correspondence on, I was, and still am, more than willing to come take a look at the paint in question and if in fact it is from our team i would have no problem having the carpets cleaned. When you first brought up paint in the carpet i truthfully thought you were referring to paint from the previous painters, which again we discussed in length, and i offered you advice on how to clean the carpets to possibly save them, I did say that the carpets were at a point where they were better off being replaced, that much is true, unfortunately, that conversation has been taken completely out of context. At the end of it all, I did everything I could to make your experience with us as amazing as all of our 100s of other customers. We never received any responses to our texts/emails/phone calls which created a scenario that neither of us were completely happy with."
