Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"They were on time, they had to dig a hole in the basement floor and dig a communication with another drain as well. They covered carpet and sealed off the wrk area for dust during the jackhammering. They dug a trench through the front yard for the drain system and put everything back, you can barely tell what happened. Cleaned up, everyone was nice and professional. Very pleased."

Ben was very easy to work with and took a lot of time to hear about our needs and design a plan that could address what we wanted. He was really good about the time table, responding to email questions, and carrying out the work as scheduled. He also checked on the work a few weeks after it had been done and advised us that we might be over-watering the plants.
