We would highly recommend using Jimmerson Roofing. John, the owner, came to assess the roofing job on our one car garage and sun porch. He was clear and concise about the job. We appreciated his many years of experience in discussing our options. A few days later, we got a quote and a contract to preview. John was able to order the same brand and color of the shingles as our house and was able to use matching flat roof material. The quote was very reasonable and we scheduled the job for two weeks later. The crew of 6 was very punctual and started the job in the morning. Bill gave us an overview of the process and the products they were using. The old roof was torn off, the leak was repaired and new roof was installed. Throughout the process, Bill would stop and patiently answer any questions that we had. He was very courteous and had a genuine concern for our satisfaction. The major part of the roofing job was finished in one day. Clean up was excellent. The next day, their siding specialists: Dustin and his crew member, came to finish the final customized trim work. It went very well. We have Leaf Filters on our eave troughs and Leaf Filter would not return our calls to remove them before the roofing project began. So Jimmerson Roofers were very kind and removed them for us. They then agreed, for an additional cost, to reinstall them. Their crew was efficient and very hard working. The first day they worked 12 hours! They finished the job before noon on the second day. Josh then arrived to do a quality check and went back over the driveway and yard a second time to pick up nails. While roofing leaves a mess, their clean up was pretty thorough. I can see why they are highly rated.

John Jimmerson responded with a request for an estimate within 1 day, and emailed the estimate to me that evening. Once I signed the contract for the repairs, he scheduled the work within a week, based on the weather conditions. I was very pleased with his availability, prompt responses, and the ease of making the arrangements quickly. This was very impressive compared to two other roofers I contacted. The work done was very satisfactory, and I would definitely recommend him.

Went very well. Also, I was quoted $7,490 for a new roof on my split level house--by contrast, a major, national company had quoted $14,374. (The major company did give me an itemized cost breakdown and Jimmerson did not, so I cannot draw an exact point-by-point comparison, and am not sure they included exactly the same things.) I ended up paying $7,670 because there were some underlying damaged sheets of plywood that also needed to be replaced. There was also some fiber-cement siding that had fallen off the house, and Jimmerson reinstalled that free of charge.

Jimmerson did a great job for me. John Jimmerson took a lot of time with me explaining not only the work that needed to be done but why it needed to be done. His crew did a complete shingle tear off and replaced part of the deck in two days. They did an excellent job and even took extra care of a weather station I have. I highly recommend this company.

Job went good. quality of roof was good and they worked fast. Got here pretty much when they said and were nice to work with. Did leave an oil stain on my patio brick but offered to come back with a power washer to try to correct. Would be the first roofer I would go back with.

My personal rating for Jimmerson Roofing is A+++! I had obtained six bids, and Jimmerson’s offered the best price overall, but that was not the best part of doing business with Jimmerson. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Their roofing crew performed a masterful job of removing my old roof and installing a new top quality roof. Their expert workmanship shows in the beautiful new roof we have. Neighbors have raved about it and took notice of how quickly and professionally the crew did its job. They were careful with plant material on the ground and cleaned up the job sight nicely. I cannot say enough nice things about Jimmerson Roofing.

The bid contract was a good price and clearly spelled out what would be done for that price. Took 2 days from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Good job!

When the job was completed, the roof continued to leak into my back bedroom. I complained. Initially, Jimmerson claimed that maybe I didn't even contract with them. Months later, they redid the job, and it still leaked. The ceiling in the backroom now needed to be replaced. The second contractor discovered where the leak was coming from, and repaired it and the ceiling.

They didn't do a bad job. They screwed up my eaves. They were professional and did a good job. There was some miscommunication on the gutter guard. They fixed it, but they didn't go all the way around the house. There was a problem with the eaves because that is how the raccoon got in.

I could not be more pleased with the company, workers, products and installation. My project had a major obstacle in order for the roofing to be completed. The workers met the challenge, even working until 9 PM the first day. From management to installers, they were polite, courteous, professional and encouraged questions. They were meticulous in their clean up; they would often be down on their knees looking into the bushes/shrubs for any overlooked piece of roofing or nails. They were prompt, thorough, attended to detail and all at a fair price. I would not hesitate to avail myself of their services for any future projects.

The room has a metal roof. So far so good.

John Jimmerson contacted me right away and did a quick estimate. They came over about a week later and did the job, which looks like it was successful. The only thing I have to crow about was the price, which for 20 minutes of work, was easy money. But what was charged must be the industry's going rate because I was quoted pretty much the same price by others. And we do pay for positive results. Really, no problem.

They did a superb job. John Jimmerson came out and gave us a quote, we were impressed right away and chose his company over the other quotes. The crew arrived exactly when he said they would. The crew was fantastic. They not only did a great job, they were nice, personable and polite. In addition, they made sure they cleaned up the work site before leaving. And the final cost was exactly as he had quoted. All of our neighbors comment how nice it looks. We would highly recommend Jimmerson Roofing.

After initial estimate, received a call Monday afternoon about 2 weeks later, and crew of 8 guys were at my house first thing Tuesday morning setting up. Jimmerson was able to squeeze my job in, despite having a huge backlog of business from a recent wind storm and moved me up on the schedule. Got entire roof torn off, rotted plywood and facia replaced, and new shingles installed, all by 7pm same day. Two days later, 2 guys came out to install aluminum facia and soffit, and had it wrapped up within 2 days. Overall, very professional crew, worked quickly and were polite about answering questions. Ended up costing about 50% more than initial estimate, but that was due to extensive rotting in the plywood and facia board, requiring much of the wood to be replaced, which was not included in estimate. Jimmerson was prompt about keeping me posted of progress during the day and providing updated estimates of cost. Only minor complaint is that there were some roofing nails and a few shingles left lying around the house on the ground, and a couple of loose shingles lying on the roof. But overall, job went smoothly and everything looks great. No leaks so far. Would definitely recommend.

My Roof is approximately 10 years old with architectural shingles and this spring I noticed a leak coming into my attic. I climbed onto the roof and did not see any obvious places where it could be leaking so I left a message with Jimmerson's roofing using Angies list explaining the problem and that their business was recommended by multiple friends. Mr Jimmerson came to the house and went into the attic to see where the roof had been leaking and then went onto the roof to see if he could find the problem. Unfortunately it was a sunny day and he could not find where the leak was coming in at but he did do some caulking while he was up there. So until we get another rain storm we will not know if the caulking fixed the problem. Mr Jimmerson told me to call and let him know if it was still leaking. Very professional, explained what he was doing and what the next step would be if it still leaked.
