"Team came in and was quick and clean.  They arrived on time, did what was contracted, cleanded up and left.  
I'm not sure that I'd have this service done as often as some suggest it should be done.  I did not notice an appreciable improvement in air quality.  But, we also have an electronic air filter and that might have skewed the impression.
