I have used them several times for clean-outs of my client’s homes. And they have yet to disappoint. Nicole is a perfectionist and her work demonstrates that. I highly recommend using them!

She has been working for me for 6 years. She has a key to my house, I trust her, she goes over and beyond for anything that is needed to get done. I have no complaints. I host a lot of parties and she is willing to come before and after for clean up!

I spoke with Nicole twice, in detail a out needing my empty house ?deep cleaned?. before we moved. She assured me that she was OCD about cleaning and she would handle the job. She claims she had staffing issues and didn't show up on the agreed upon start date. When she did start the job, she left without finishing, saying she?d return the following day. She did not return the next day, nor did she return text messages until 2 days later. The work Nicole performed was not of high quality, especially when she claimed to be OCD about cleaning. The bathrooms in particular were not ? deep cleaned?. The vanity was clearly not cleaned underneath. There were hairs in the tub and debris in the corners around the toilet. When I scheduled the deep cleaning, I spoke explicitly about wanting the tracks of the windows cleaned and the laundry room ceiling vacuumed of cobwebs and the floor vacuumed and washed. She ?forgot? to clean the tracks citing it?s not a service she normally provides. The laundry room wasn?t cleaned as she said she didn't have the proper equipment to do the job. Nicole said she cleaned the cubbies in the dining area. However, when I ran a damp cloth over the upper shelves it was apparent they were not cleaned. There was just too much dust and debris. The kitchen was not cleaned. It was to be done on day two. There was no day two as I cancelled the remainder of cleaning. To her credit, Nicole did agree to a partial refund. Be wary of booking Clean Karma to clean your home.

The lady who came to my home was very punctual with her timing. She didn't waste time and got to cleaning as soon as she stepped in the door. She was organized and held a professional demeanor. I felt like I got excellent quality work for what I paid. I plan on calling Karma Enterprises next time I need help.

I tried two other cleaning businesses before this one, and there were issues with quality as well as scheduling. With Clean Karma I’ve experienced nothing but excellent, responsive communication, and the quality of the clean has been great. I only wish I’d found them sooner!
