"They steam cleaned the ceiling, walls, floor, and carpet. Also cleaned the baseboards and windows tracks. The condo looked brand new. They did an AMAZING job. The team was friendly and efficient. He came out the next day to provide us a quote and two days later (on a Sunday, to help us out) and complete the tile/grout repair as well as tile cleaning. "2nd time we have used Restoration Tile & Grout for our home. Both times the work has been performed well and on time. Dan provided us with the quote and scheduling. Nick did the work at our home. We had kitchen & hallway tile cleaned and grout cleaned, sealed and repaired where needed. Also 3 bathroom floors and one shower stall tiles cleaned and grout cleaned, sealed and repaired where needed. Nick did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Restoration Tile & Grout. Also they use an epoxy grout sealer and the other other companies we received quotes from use acrylic (water based) sealers and their quotes were higher."
