"Really well. The gentleman (am bad with remembering names!), came at specified time, replaced the door (taking measurements, and insuring correct alignment), and insulated around the door. To cut cost, I removed the old door, and inside frame, prior to his arrival. Then installed the door knob and lock after he left. Have not sanded, painted and installed new inside framing yet, and still waiting for our storm door to arrive. He was quite informative, professional, and pleasant."

When we purchased out house, we knew the roof would have to be replaced because it was about 15 years old and the type of shingle installed had quality defects which caused it to prematurely wear. After the hailstorm hit the city, I didn’t really think anything of it until Gus came knocking on the door. Gus was very professional and walked me through every step of the process and even assisted in the insurance claim call. He went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, was on budget, and completed in a reasonable manor. When the team showed up to rip and replace, I was already at work and by the time I got home they were nearly finished and cleaning up. Throughout the process I was able to work with both Gus and josh, it appears that both of these employees are ready to push Avalon to the next level and incorporate new advanced technologies that make both of their jobs easier and safer. I could tell Josh really have a passion for the work that he does and the company that he works for. "I have a huge issue with the aftermath of the construction. Immediately following the work done, the ceiling in one of my rooms developed a very large crack that sagged down. It is very obvious that someone had stepped where they weren’t supposed to or dropped something heavy. The area is now sagging more and opening up to my attic. The company told me that in the contract it states that they are not responsible for any damage to the inside of the home what so ever. READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN. I was told that no one will be calling me back regarding the matter. Management has refused to speak to me even once. The only communication I’ve had is with their call center and one conversation with a sales person. I’m just seeking assistance in paying for the damage they caused as it is an expensive extra cost that I cannot really afford. I now have to emergently get my entire ceiling replaced because it’s falling down. I deeply deeply regret going with this company."

Richard was great to do business with so we contacted him again when we wanted siding done. Again, we were impressed with the quality of the product, installation and communication. Every step Richard communicated in a promptly manner. The team he assembled were very professional and mindful of our vegetation in our yard and when the job was completed they did a thorough job of picking up the siding debris. The team communicated through out the entire process and their timeframe of completion. I was very glad they inquire if we wanted our old light fixtures/outlet covers to go back or if we had new ones which I went out an bought new ones immediately.
