"Irish replaced vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and rain gutters on my home, including installation of hand-laid stone veneer on two exterior walls. They also replaced roofs for two sheds. Workmanship was excellent, price was very compeititive, communication was good. The project was completed on time and on budget, with very little correction/re-work involved. Dealing with Montell Construction was a great experience from working with the owners, the window and siding crews and even the delivery person dropping off materials to our house.  Our salesman gave us several ideas we could go with but in the end it was our decision to choose what products and colors to go with and we did not feel pressured.  They were all very professional, prompt, courteous and hard working.  When the work crews were finished for the day, they walked around and picked up anything that was laying around.

"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site.
