"My wife and I hired Luxury Bath Mobility Remodelers to design and install a custom 4x6 walk in shower plus a complete remodel of our bathroom. Shane and his crew did an awesome job. They got the job finished right on schedule as promised. Their work is second to none they were always right on time when they said they would be here and always did a great job with the clean up. I definitely would recommend this company for any remodels!"

All of our sub-contractors have the same pride in their workman ship and know that quality is demanded by JLM. My team of contractors are professional, trustworthy, honest, dependable, loyal, and most of all hard working and the best in the business. JLM offers constant communication and at no point in the process do our clients feel as though they are not part of the total process from design to completion. Communication is of the utmost importance at JLM and pride ourselves with being available 24-7. JLM offers over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the industry and have earned a long list of extremely satisfied repeat clientel that are willing to be a reference and offer their homes as a tour. The company is owner-operated, and owner is hands on for the entire construction process as well as being the project manager. "I hired JLM Home Solutions to install all my interior doors and closets including frames/casings in my upstairs. Jason was a horrible person the entire time I hired him. He acted like a nice person just to get hired. I regret hiring him. Unfortunately I had signed a contract by the time I found out he was no good. Every time I brought up something that was not done right, he’d yell and raise his voice at me. He’s very rude and unprofessional with the worst customer service. He was rude on text, rude on phone and rude in person. Jared, I guess one of his employees was a great person, very polite and did an amazing job. He worked on the project in a professional manner. He didn’t come back though to finish the project because Jason sent another person instead, David, who did an awful job. Jason didn’t want to hear it that David’s work was not the greatest. I had to put a stop payment after I found out one of the closet doors wasn’t installed right and other things that were wrong. Jason got so upset that he had to come back to fix the problem after I told him I didn’t want David. Jason came to my house but failed to fix the problem still. Instead he made me feel threatened in my own house. He was all in my face yelling at me saying nothing was wrong with the closet. Even my little dog was scared. I had to call my daughter and son to come over because I was so terrified that he was maybe going to hurt me. I stayed on the phone all the time while he was there so someone could hear his abusive behavior. That day after Jason left, I had to get a second opinion on the closet. Another contractor couldn’t believe the way the closet was installed and for Jason to insist it was okay. He left the old frame on and didn’t want to here when I mentioned it. I’ll have this closet removed and a new one with new frame installed the right way. I had to insist Jason deduct some money for that closet from the balance owed to him. A couple of days later, I noticed my kitchen door they installed still had cracks on the inside frame close to the lock. I had mentioned that to him. I texted him to let him know with pictures showing the cracks. Now Jason won’t respond to my text, email or phone. I asked him to send one of his guys to fix the door. Not him because I don’t want him around me. I’ve tried everything to get to him. I know he’s ignoring me. I paid him so much money for this project. If I don’t hear from him I’ll have no choice but to file small claims. He cannot leave my door like that after I paid him so much money and thinks he can just get away with it. If there was an option of zero stars, that’s what I’d have given JLM."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

Building a garage costs between $16,500 and $41,000, but most homeowners pay between $5,000 and $70,000. The enormous range in costs is due to a wide variety of sizes and materials, as well as certain projects requiring specialized labor. Some good news is that if you ever sell or refinance your home, you can often recoup the cost of a garage install.

We recommend plywood and solid wood. Particleboard and MDF (medium-density fiberboard) are often too weak to hold significant loads, and could sag or deform under pressure. Plywood or solid wood are meant to last, and can handle the weight of several large items. If you want to spend a little more for a moisture-resistant material, you can consider using steel.

Yes, with sustainable wood products and high-efficiency lighting options.

Building a garage costs around $29,500, but prices can range from $16,800 to $42,200, depending on factors like size, materials, and whether it’s attached or detached. Additional tasks like electrical work, plumbing, or custom features can increase the total. Keep in mind that labor makes up 50% to 70% of the total cost, so picking the right contractor is crucial. While the price can vary, investing in a skilled professional—with the right certifications, licenses, and experience—is money well spent to ensure a safe, high-quality build.

Due to space restrictions, some homeowners choose to build an above-garage extension. This second-floor area can be used for storage or living space, but it’s more involved than your standard garage extension project. For example, you might need to pay for foundational or structural reinforcement if your current garage can’t handle the extra load. Expect to pay $25,000 to $100,000 to add a room above the garage
