Unprofessional group. Canâ t answer the phone. Canâ t return phone calls. Canâ t set up install dates. Just horrible communication in general. They clearly have no clue how to run a business. Avoid this group at all costs.

Hired the company in March 2024 and tried to schedule the work several times without success. Made a few attempts to get a refund of my $700 deposit. They finally agreed to a refund, but never sent the money. Hard to believe this company is getting positive reviews.

This company is extraordinarily busy, so it seemed I waited for a while before they could do the work; however, they were very responsive to my emails, responding within hours. Well worth the wait, outstanding job including cleanup outside and in my house! Exceeded my expectations. Over and above service!

5 young men did the job from start to clean up in 8 1/2 hours. my new roof looks great ! the core of the work is pretty basic. where these guys excelled was in the finishing details. lines are straight, drip edge is neat, minor problems from before were corrected without asking. they set out to roof a house and did it right. thank you . monty

Hired to do roof/siding/gutters on my home. I was told they would do my roof first and siding in about 4-6 weeks. This was on 7/25/23 (made me sign a contract same day). I gave 1/2 down on the entire project the following Monday. I was up front with Hunter that I work 3rds and need to plan for days that work would be done because I need sleep. As soon as my check went through, communication became a struggle. I learned very quickly that if Hunter said something was getting done on a certain date, I could almost count on the fact that it would NOT be done on that date. Hunter left 2 out 3 texts on read and would only give vague answers that never really answered anything. If anyone in the company says "I will call you back".... they are not calling you back, they are just done talking to you. My roof was done pretty quickly, although not on the dates initially given. He tried to take back the time frame given for my siding and tell me that they had to do all the roofs first after he had already told me the roofing and siding crews were separate. They refused to give me a time frame and it seemed very likely they were going to try to push my house off until winter. I fought them and did get my siding done close to the time frame promised, but once again, not on the dates given and I ended up taking a week off from work for nothing. The siding crew actually no showed on me for 4 days. Nobody called to inform me of this and when I called the office on day 4, Becca tried to tell me they could not come because of rain (rain was in the middle of the night) and even whispered "are you kidding me" under her breath while on the phone with me and acted like I was crazy for wanting to know what days the work would be done. When Jordan and his crew finally showed, he admitted that it was NOT rain and they were on another job. They promised me a full crew everyday starting at 7-8 am and never delivered this. Most days I got 2 guys that rolled in late morning and then left every other hour to go get really high (literally reeked so bad getting out of the car that my neighbors both came to tell me about it-they could have just smoked it in the yard if they actually did the work). They also took 2 hour lunches every day. They took double the amount of time to do my siding than I was originally told. At one point my husband had to go out and finish wrapping our garage in plastic because they left pieces open to the rain and left the plastic hanging in the back to collect water. The job looks good but they scratched my porch so bad I had to repaint it, bent my soffiting on porch, took a chunk out of my door frame, messed up my rug, and attached my cable wire so that it did not have enough slack to reach into the corners of the house and so they just left it hanging there. Ignored my texts about it. They also left a pile of trash and nails in the yard. Was told my gutters would be done the next week. They came 2 weeks later. They also delivered a bunch of shingles and boards onto my driveway and grass AFTER my roof was completed and let them sit here for a month and now I have dead grass. I had to tell Hunter that if he did not pick them up (after he had no showed MULTIPLE TIMES) that they were going out to the road. Hunter denied subcontracting out the job but all of the crews were subcontracted. After the job was completed, I requested via email (I started doing everything in email/texts so I would have a paper trail) an invoice that showed what the charges were for (siding/gutter ect-not super detailed) for my insurance company. Never received a response. I had to work with my insurance adjuster to get my depreciation money. Thankfully he was understanding. Ultimately, my house looks nice. It was pleasurable to work with your insurance company as they were quick and efficient with providing a report of the covered damage that needed to be corrected, as well as a company that issued your payments to you so quickly. We currently have neighbors in your area that unfortunately have not yet seen their adjusters reports or received their payments yet to have corrections made to their home due to the storm damage. Those are required so at the end of your project a completion certification can be provided to them showcasing the damage that was covered was corrected. That was provided to you on October 11th 2023 upon the completion of your gutters being replaced. While we make every attempt to relay correct start dates on our projects to our homeowners, delays happen due to inclement weather, previous customers contracted prior to your projects, and at times coordination of our skilled craftsman. Again, we are happy to hear that you think your home looks nice due to the new roofing system, new vinyl siding, and aluminum gutter work that was performed in 11 weeks from signing your insurance waiver."

Horrible workmanship!! Shady company. Did not pull a permit prior to starting work. Only after the township contacting me and stating I would be fined for illegal work being performed did they than purchase a permit. The roof failed the final inspection do to improper installation and must now be torn off and redone. Have not heard from them to replace roof. Job was done on 10/31/22, it is now July 2023.

We told them the yard was soft but they drove on it anyway. Now we scalp parts when we mow and other parts don't get cut.

Communication could be better, had to contact them on several occasions about when project would start, also installers did not speak English so it was almost impossible to communicate any issues I had
