"Although Brayden, the lead installer did a wonderful job replacing the shower with an absolutely beautiful bathtub, there were a few details that make me a little disappointed. First, when we agreed to have this project, we were promised that it would only take one day, it took 2 days. We were also told that the water would only be turned off for 3 hours, it was off from 08:30 to 6PM, over 9 hours. The vertical trim piece both isn’t centered on the window handle nor is it centered on the lower vertical trim piece. Thankfully the finished project is an absolute awesome bathtub."

They covered the floors from the doorway to the bathroom with drop clothes and were very conscientious about performing their work without trashing the rest of the bathroom. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Several years ago Re Bath did a tub surround for us and we loved it. There was nothing wrong with it. We are aging and decided it was time for a walk in shower so naturally we called the people we knew would do a good job. Cindy came out gave us a quote and offered many options. We booked that day. Installation was amazing. Frank and Devin went to work immediately, put things down to keep dust, dirt etc at a minimum and they worked well together. They answered our questions along the way. I can't say enough about working with this company. Megan kept us updated and checked to ensure our satisfaction. Great company and people to work with."
