Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. The drywall repair phase in 2017 encountered unforeseen issues due to improper work done by a contractor used by the previous owners.
