"Kelly and Jeff have both been great to work with. Not only did Jeff set out the bait, he also noticed three places that had allowed entrance into the garage and attic. He immediately repaired those areas and pointed out a couple of other spots that need attention (tree trimming and such). So far...so good. No noises from the attic. Hopefully, we will not need their services in the future, but, I would not hesitate to call them again."

"Steve arrived on time. He was unable to find the dead critter in question, but inspected my home and closed up a few suspected points of entry. He was very accommodating and professional. I would recommend him to anyone needing critter control."

"Good experience they came out and did the job they said they were going to do. I only use them once but I plan on having them come out continuously after this."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

No, you should never vacuum or sweep up mouse or rat droppings, as doing so can release harmful particles into the air and increase your risk of disease exposure. Instead, wear gloves and a mask, spray the droppings with a disinfectant spray, let it soak for a few minutes, and then carefully wipe them up with paper towels. Afterward, disinfect the area thoroughly and immediately wash your hands when you’re done.

Spider mites don’t have too much in common with actual spiders, but these insects can absolutely destroy a lawn. Spider mites feed on grass roots and blades and are extremely effective at draining nutrients from plants, which can quickly kill grass. These mites are ravenous, so talk to a pest control pro at the first sign of spider mites in your lawn.

Yes, humans carry fleas. Although fleas are primarily associated with dogs and cats, they are attracted to the warmth and carbon dioxide of mammals, including humans. The difference is that most fleas will only choose animals as their hosts. They may bite humans, but they don’t tend to stick around on humans for long. The one exception is the Pulex irritans, also called the human flea, which prefers human blood.

The time of day that most snakes are active is at night. This is when they prefer to hunt since they can do so under the cover of darkness, out of sight of predators and the prey they stalk. However, some snake species prefer very hot temperatures and are strictly active during the day.

When you spray a roach, the chemicals, usually a mix of neurotoxins like pyrethroids or pyrethrins, start affecting its nervous system almost immediately. It disrupts the roach’s nerve signals, causing paralysis and eventually death. You'll often see the roach twitch, flip over on its back, and stop moving within seconds to minutes.
