"We had a lot of “years” old firewood and other debris along the side of our garage. Naven and his help did an exceptional job of removing everything and raking the area! The area cleaned and ready for flowers. Very polite! I will use definitely use again if it comes up."

’m the owner and operator of a reliable junk removal and moving business built on hard work, honesty, and showing up when it matters. I take pride in doing the heavy lifting so my customers don’t have to—whether that means clearing out unwanted junk, hauling away debris, or helping move homes and businesses safely and efficiently.\n\nI treat every job with the same level of care and respect, no matter the size. My goal is simple: make the process easy, stress-free, and affordable while leaving every space cleaner than I found it. I show up on time, communicate clearly, and get the job done right the first time.\n\nIf you’re looking for someone dependable who works fast, handles your property with care, and actually gives a damn about quality service—you’re in the right place.

"I have hired Trash It twice. Upon the first visit, the team showed up in uniformed shirts and once we agreed on the quote they got to work right away. There was no small talk, or even back talk from any of the workers. Very professional and I was pleased with their speed and consciousness to sweep up after removing all the trash.
This recent visit was painless as well. A team of 3 showed up for concrete chunks, bricks, and some dry wall. All went into the truck and then hauled away without any problems. I will gladly work with this company again. Reasonable cost, motivated workers, and professionals. "

Garbage Collection questions, answered by experts

You may be able to install a garbage disposal on your own, especially if you're handy or have some experience with plumbing. However, if you have any concerns or want to make absolutely sure that the connections are installed correctly, you may be better off hiring a local garbage disposal installer to do the job.

If the cost of repairing a leaking garbage disposal is close to the cost of replacing the disposal, then fixing the unit might not make sense. When deciding if you should repair or replace your garbage disposal, consider the age of your garbage disposal, the cost of the repair, and whether your garbage disposal has had other problems recently to help you decide if the cost of repairing the leak is better than the cost of replacing the disposal.

On average, it takes one to four hours for a professional to install a garbage disposal. This includes removing the old unit, taking necessary measurements for positioning, removing and fitting new pipes, and installing the brand-new disposal system. If there are unforeseen issues, such as accessibility concerns, the process takes longer.

It’s one thing that helps, alongside vinegar and baking soda. Ice acts as an exfoliant, helping to lift off any bits of food stuck on the disposal blades.

These appliances certainly increase the number of things allowed down the drain, but they’re not foolproof. There are several items you shouldn’t put in your garbage disposal, according to manufacturers and technicians. Don’t put coffee grounds down the drain. The same goes for eggshells, potato peels, hard foods, onion skins, and any dry, expandable food. Most importantly, never put grease or oils down the drain.
