"Several years ago we had tree roots that were growing into and blocking our drainage lines beneath our basement floor perimeter. We called EverDry and they promptly sent our a representative who laid out a clear plan with cost. It was during the colder weather and he gave us a better price to keep his men busy. They worked efficiently and dug out around the exterior and tarred the walls. Inside, they broke through the floor around the perimeter to lay new lines and moved the sump pump to a further corner of the basement and neatly covered the old hole. It was a messy job that my wife and I feared would never get cleaned up. How wrong we were. They removed all of the concrete debris and when they were finished, our basement was as clean as it had been before the work started. Remarkable! "Russ Hastings is the owner of the business. We had a small leak in a crack that had been repaired previously by Concrete Waterproofing Solutions several years back. The crack reopened. Also we had some other cracks that left us concerned because we live overseas and come back only occasionally. Because we were back for the holidays, we had a very short timeline to inspect and repair, if needed. I explained this to Russ and he made it a point to come out ASAP. He inspected the cracks and gave good information on why they had happened and made us feel much more comfortable that there was not a major problem, but more of a normal occurrence. Russ inspected and made note of which cracks we needed to be concerned about and which we're more superficial and non structural. We repaired 4 total cracks and reinforced one corner although it was likely not needed. When a provider of materials was not open for the holidays, Russ called friends to obtain needed materials. His team worked late to accommodate my schedule and Russ will come back to check that all repairs are as planned. The cost was roughly the same as other quotes. As a note, the prior repair company noted above apparently did not even fill the crack as the quoted. When we ground off the top layer of epoxy, it was clear that the crack was never filled. Unfortunately this company no longer exists, but I hear their owner does under another name. Be careful! We recommend Russ and Precision Foundation Systems. He warrants work and it is transferable. Likewise, he made sure to pass on warranties from the manufacturers of the materials used.

"We had a french drain and a sump pump put in. The basement was never quite dry after they put the French drain. We called to complain and they sent out the repair man. I said yes the basement was damp before but only when it rained, and now that was damp all the time. I tried to explain to him that the basement was only wet when we a had major rain fall out side. He said that we could purchase a $2100 dehumidifier. When we complained about that. He told us his boss said that we could purchase it for a have it for $1800 and there was a service fee I think around $150. We said we where not going to pay a service fee. In the spring when it raining a lot we started getting water coming through the floor. They came out again and told us to add feeder lines or paint the floor with this special water proof paint. So we painted it. Once again after one of the heavy rains water came up threw the floor. Maybe more work needs to be done they should had said that before they did the job. We trusted the quote they gave us. We trusted what they told us, about what needed to be done to water proof the basement. They where not the least cheapest quote we had or the most expensive."
