There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it. "There was a problem with the city inspection giving the final approval for tying the drainage into the storm drain so HomeSpec put in a sump pump and dug trench free of charge. For that reason the work took 3 days rather than two. The work site was left clean when finished. The eco seal sheeting on the basement walls really made a difference in the look and the damp smell. I'm very pleased with HomeSpec"
