"The locks on the entry door and storm door are opposite; very difficult to unlock front door. Broke off reinforcement in the process of installing supports for the rod in the master closet, and failed to mention it. Two men were sent for the 8-hour job and the majority of work was done by one individual; basically, I received 4 hours of labor. I also had to pay for an additional hour of labor because it took 5 hours to complete the work described above. Mirror in half bath is not centered."

"Alex and Brent came in on time. They installed my kitchen cabinet hardware. Their work was very nice and reasonably priced. The two guys were easy to work with and the project was completed in a timely manner. Definitely will do business with them again."

"My wife and I are first time home buyers and this was our first project. His business stuck out to me as he is an actual licensed mechanical engineer with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Dale installed a new central air unit, tankless water heater, wi-fi thermostat and brought our furnace up to code to pass city inspection. He always answered his phone/returned messages and showed up when he said he would. Absolutely fantastic to work with."

"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Wasps are aggressive to protect their nests. Although they are deemed aggressive, they only act that way when they feel their nests are threatened. They can also act aggressive when there is a lack of food available. Most wasps will leave you alone if you stay clear of their nests.

You’ll want to locate all areas in your home that could be a potential entry point for mice, such as doors, windows, vents, baseboards, holes, and cracks in your home’s foundation. Don’t forget to check less-obvious areas like the attic, plumbing and sewers, and even the roof and gutters. If you check these spots and don’t find any signs of mice, consider hiring a pest control pro to dig deeper into potential hiding spots.

If you’re wondering whether pest control services are safe, rest assured that they are very safe if you hire a reputable company. These pros will come out and assess your stink bug problem, as well as your specific treatment needs (such as kid-safe or pet-safe solutions). Always check online reviews and reputable sites like Angi to find a vetted pro that will help you safely deal with these stinky intruders for good.

There is no exact science here, due to the nature of nests and how mice raise their young, but a good place to start is to inspect the droppings. A single mouse poops a lot, leaving around 50 droppings in a single day, likely near a primary food source. If you find only sporadic droppings, you likely have a small infestation. If you spot large mounds of droppings, you are dealing with a big problem.

There are many steps you can take to keep mice out of your home. The most preventative include removing all available food sources, keeping your home clean, and sealing up entry points to your home. You can also try using live traps or even getting a cat. If none of these measures work, enlist the help of a pest control company.
