Mark and Arnie, the salesmen, were very thorough and answered all of our questions.  The installers, Shawn and Cal, were neat and professional.  I appreciated the tarps they used to keep the flooring clean while they worked.  They did a great job and according to the building inspector, that is typical of Doty Mechanical's standards.  I would recommend them to anybody.  One of my nosy condo neighbors stopped by to ask what they were doing when they were working outdoors and they were even kind and polite to the old geezer.
