We woke up in the middle of a very stormy night to our roof leaking and dripping through our bedroom ceiling. Next morning I texted Paul before he even opened and he git back to me within minutes with appointment time for next day. He identified the issue in no time and gave us fair and accurate quote on the spot while he explained the issue, underlaying causes and recommended repairs. Less than a week later our roof is fixed and Paul gave us a piece of mind, assuring us that our roof will serve us for a while yet before needing replacement. It's reassuring to know there are still quality repair men out there in a world that has the loudest sales men on the frontlines. I'll be using Stellar Roof Repair again no doubt and with confidence recommend their services to anyone who asks.

We have an old weekender mobile home on Gun Lake, when our metal roof had a leak last summer, we had a roofing contractor come out who said we needed to completely replace the roof at an astronomical cost. Then we consulted a friend who manages a manufactured home community, and they recommended we talk to Paul Aiken at Stellar, right from the start his communication was timely and friendly. He inspected the roof and reported that it was actually in good shape structurally, and recommended applying a polymer coating at less than half the price quoted by the other contractor. He and his crew showed up on time, were friendly to our neighbors, and did a fantastic job of cleaning the roof and applying the coating, sharing pictures of their progress throughout the entire process, and left without leaving a mess. We haven't seen a drop of water since, and have recommended Paul to all of our neighbors!
