"In a word, Soil Friends Excavation is FANTASTIC! Ben and Bob built a large (concrete) retaining wall on a steep slope and were with us for almost 3 weeks. From start to finish, they CARED about the project as if building it for their own homes, 100% dedicated. Seriously - they obsessed over getting every detail just right, maybe more than we did! Every day so positive and upbeat, answered questions patiently, made excellent suggestions, and built us a stunning wall! Ben was always quick to respond, before & during & even after the project. "Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it.
